Timber Yarns uses Canada Post for all our shipping.

Most packages to Canadian destinations are shipped using "Canada Post Expedited Parcel" which includes tracking.  You will be emailed a notification that your order has been shipped and will provide you the tracking number.  Letter sized packages will be shipped using "Canada Post Regular Letter Mail" and will not include tracking.

To Our Valued American Customers:  Our hand-dyed yarn is USMCA compliant and thus is not subject to tariffs. However, US customers may see a charge that is added to your order to cover US Custom and Border Protection duties.  You will see this as a separate line during checkout.p-=74

Shipping is free in Canada for any purchase over $250 CAD.  All orders that are shipped for free will have tracking.
