To Our Valued American Customers: On August 29/25, the de minimis exemption for small packages entering the United States is being suspended. This means that there may be tariffs, taxes or duties charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection on shipments from Timber Yarns. The process by which these potential charges are collected and paid is not clear at this time. As a result, Timber Yarns has made the difficult decision to pause sales to U. S. customers. Shipping

Timber Yarns uses Canada Post for all our shipping.

Most packages to Canadian destinations are shipped using "Canada Post Expedited Parcel" which includes tracking.  You will be emailed a notification that your order has been shipped and will provide you the tracking number.  Letter sized packages will be shipped using "Canada Post Regular Letter Mail" and will not include tracking.

Shipping is free in Canada for any purchase over $250 CAD.  All orders that are shipped for free will have tracking.

Customers in the rest of the world are shipped using "Canada Post Tracked Packet International" which provides tracking of your order.  You will be emailed a notification that your order has been shipped that will provide you the tracking number.
