This Twin Sock design is inspired by a photograph of a barn with dark, stormy clouds in the background which immediately made us think of the movie The Wizard of Oz. Dark, deep and rich shades of blue and brown combine to produce a yarn that knits up to produce a gorgeous sock.
- two single skeins hand dyed at the same time for matching socks (start at the same end of each skein)
- semi-tonal pattern repeats every 8 stripes
- 80% superwash Merino / 20% nylon blend

The striping pattern in the sample in the photograph was knit with 2.5 mm needles over 70 stitches.
